HVAC Maintenance & Tune-Ups In Austin

Routine HVAC maintenance helps keep your heating and cooling equipment operating reliably and gives us an opportunity to catch developing problems before they become unexpected repairs. Bluebonnet offers flexible maintenance options: twice-a-year or once-a-year recurring memberships where we follow up when it's time to schedule, or individual maintenance visits you can book whenever you're ready.
Do I Need A Maintenance Membership?
You can choose how you want to manage your HVAC maintenance. If you prefer the convenience of having us keep track of it for you, we offer both twice-a-year and once-a-year recurring memberships. Or, if you'd rather manage your own maintenance schedule, you can simply book individual visits whenever you're ready.
TWICE-A-YEAR
TRUSTED PERFORMANCE CLUB
We follow up with you twice a year to schedule seasonal heating and cooling maintenance.
Members receive discounts on eligible repairs and services, along with an annual condensate drain blowout.
Many homeowners choose this option for the convenience and peace of mind of having their system inspected before both major operating seasons.

ONCE-A-YEAR
WELCOME TO THE FAMILY CLUB

Prefer one recurring maintenance visit each year? We'll follow up when it's time to schedule, so you don't have to remember, and you'll still receive membership discounts on eligible repairs and services.
BOOK AS YOU GO
No membership required. If you prefer to manage your own maintenance schedule, simply book a maintenance visit whenever you're ready. You receive the same professional maintenance service without the recurring membership benefits.
We can also handle quarterly or custom plans for commercial customers.
What Happens During An HVAC Maintenance Visit?
During a maintenance visit, we inspect your system's operation and look for conditions that could affect comfort, reliability, or performance. What we check depends on the type of equipment and whether we're preparing it for cooling or heating season, but typically includes electrical components and controls, airflow, coils and other equipment components, condensate drainage, and overall system operation. We'll let you know what we find and point out anything that may need attention now or should be watched over time.
Trusted Performance Club members also receive an annual condensate drain blowout as part of their membership.
Why Does Regular HVAC Maintenance Matter?
Regular HVAC maintenance gives us a chance to catch developing problems, identify changes in system performance, and address routine wear before it becomes a bigger issue. It can also help keep airflow, drainage, electrical components, and controls working as intended. Most manufacturers also include routine maintenance requirements in the terms of their extended warranties, so keeping up with maintenance helps protect your warranty coverage. Just as importantly, regular visits give us a history with your system, making it easier to recognize when something has changed over time.
What If Something Needs To Be Repaired During A Maintenance Visit?

One of the benefits of routine maintenance is finding developing problems before they become unexpected breakdowns. If we find something that needs repair during your maintenance visit, we'll explain what we found, why it matters, and what your options are before any additional work is performed.
Depending on the repair and the time available, we may be able to take care of it during the same visit. If not, we'll provide the next steps so you can decide how and when you'd like to address it.
Have Questions About Your HVAC System?
Maintenance Is A Great Time To Ask.
A maintenance visit gives you an opportunity to talk with your technician about more than the items on the maintenance checklist. If you've noticed comfort problems, have questions about how your system is operating, or are thinking about improvements to your home, let us know while we're there.
Planning Ahead For HVAC Replacement?
You don't have to wait until your system fails to start thinking about replacement. If your equipment is approaching the end of its expected service life, a maintenance visit is a good time to talk about its condition, what may be coming, and what your replacement options look like.
Planning ahead gives you more flexibility to compare options, budget for the project, and schedule replacement at a convenient time rather than making those decisions after an unexpected breakdown.
Have A Comfort Or Home Performance Question?
If there are rooms that never feel comfortable, airflow problems, humidity concerns, filtration questions, or something about your home that just doesn't seem right, mention it during your maintenance visit. We can talk about what you're experiencing and whether it makes sense to investigate further.
